Who We Are
Dream On 3 (DO3) has been a “dream” of ours for several years now and has finally taken on a life of its own. In November of 2012, the decision was made to launch this social impact entity. This 501(c)(3) charitable organization raises funds through private and corporate donations, federal grants, and program related investments from private foundations in order to create magical experiences for children who are sick and suffering. All experiences are sports related as we will partner with various professional sports organizations and their athletes. DO3 unites our passion for kids with special needs and the kids’ passion for sports in an unforgettable experience and hopefully…a dream come true.
What We Do
Dream On 3 brings dreams to life for qualified children by creating personal experiences with their favorite athletes, sporting event, or sports team. We work directly with the social workers and treating physicians to identify children that are in need of assistance in living out their dreams. All details and arrangements for dreams are handled by DO3 staff and volunteers. Once a dream is identified and accepted, DO3 provides resources to handle all arrangements, cover all expenses, provide accommodations and transportation, provide required medical services while traveling, meals and entertainment, and photographer & videographer to document the experience for the family. All dream requests must be made by one of our referral partners. Our vision includes everything from throwing the first pitch at a major league baseball game to having their favorite athlete come for a special visit. We use donations and resources to create an absolutely unforgettable experience for the kids!
